Leading Like Christ: A Call to Spiritual Leadership

Leadership in the world often revolves around power, status, and authority. Yet, the model of leadership that Jesus demonstrated is radically different—one built on servanthood, humility, and the transformation of others. Jesus Himself set the standard for leadership, saying in Mark 10:43-45 (NLT):

“Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must be the slave of everyone else. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
